After the birth of a small child in the family, as a rule, order, peace and money disappear. But happiness comes. And our family is no exception. After our long-awaited baby was born, we wanted to give him all the best: clothes, toys and, of course, diapers. Where would we be without them today? However, after a few weeks of using them, I began to wonder how much money goes straight into the bin. And I really didn’t want to refuse convenient disposable diapers and use the “grandmother’s way”. And at that moment the Internet came to my rescue, in which I saw reusable diapers. The feedback from a mom who has already used them was quite impressive. I became interested in this topic, I had to dig a little on the Internet and study the information.

From a huge list of products offered, I fell for the Coolababy trademark. Coolababy reusable diapers are presented in a very wide range. They are available with buttons or Velcro, the outer layer is made of polyester or velor, plain and colored, with a single or withdouble elastic band that protects the diaper from leakage. Liners also come in several fabric options: microfiber, bamboo fiber and hemp.

For starters, I ordered classic snap-on diapers with a cute baby pattern. And a few more later. I took twice as many liners as diapers, and did not lose. So, one diaper can be used several times if the insert is not put into the pocket, but simply put on top of reusable diapers. The price for them was in the range of 300 - 500 rubles (for one diaper and two inserts). And they paid off pretty quickly, because one set (diaper and insert) is equal to one pack of diapers. Sometimes, of course, you have to use ordinary diapers, for example, if you have a long road ahead, but basically you can get by with reusable diapers, having at least 4-5 pieces and about ten liners in your arsenal.

So, why are reusable diapers good? Feedback is feedback, but it doesn't hurt to have some useful information. Firstly, reusable diapers are made of natural hypoallergenic breathable fabric, so they do not cause allergies or diaper rash on the delicate skin of the baby. Secondly, thanks to the use of reusable diapers, the child quickly gets used to the potty. In addition, diapers have many rivets with which you can adjust the size from birth to 3 years. They are washed in the washing machine with ordinary powder. Their service life is so long that they can serve for the nextchild. Thus, they will save parents a lot of money, for which not only a good toy can be bought, but also an entire children's room.

Reusable diapers, like any thing, need care. If you follow a few important rules, then they can serve another baby. Immediately after purchase, they must be washed. Wash at the temperature indicated on the label, using baby powder or baby detergent. Do not use rinse aid, clothes softener, as they can cause the diaper to leak. Also, you can not iron them or dry them on a heated towel rail. It is advisable to wash the diaper within 24 hours after use, otherwise an unpleasant odor may appear. Diapers dry for a long time - from 12 to 24 hours, so it's better to have at least one spare.
