History of the tricolor

The Day of the National Flag of Russia reflects the fact that white, blue, red are the colors that are Russian symbols. This was determined by the Department of Justice back in 1896. The tricolor was the symbol of the country before the revolution. During the Civil War, he personified the White movement. And the Soviet Army used a red flag.
