I recently overheard a conversation between two teenagers. One asked the other: “How to make a girl run after you? Whatever I do, she doesn’t even look in my direction.” And I once again thought about how bad teenagers and some adults speak the language. Athletes run at the stadium, children run in the yard, the dog runs after the owner. If you want the latter, then, apart from the desire to attract the attention of friends to yourself as a "male", you do not experience other feelings. But self-realization due to the attention of a girl is somehow not masculine. Is it worth chasing a girl yourself? Do you look like a dog?

Maybe it's better to just look after her. My daughter, having heard such reasoning, was indignant: “If a guy is interested in how to make a girl run after you, he simply decides whether to court him or not. They just don't say that today." I myself know that today many people try to cover up real feelings with rudeness, indifference, and contempt. Therefore, one girl will be quite satisfied with the answer: "Remember, I won't run after you!"

It's better to ask someone else to reschedule a date to go to the movies with you. And you don’t need to say anything to the third, you need to appear at her house before the one who invited (in reality or only in dreams) her on a date. And then just walk away.
