Non-standard customs include renting a karting center, where everyone can feel like a Formula 1 participant. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited at these events. Automotive-themed items stand out among the prizes: key chains, pens, notebooks, calendars with themed symbols.
An unusual tradition of celebration that appeared on Driver's Day in 2013 (October 27) is the gouache painting of cars by young artists. At the same time, the cars do not deteriorate, but both children who draw and adults who watch the process get pleasure.
What to give
There are several ways to make a holiday unforgettable:
- gift a certificate for an extreme driving lesson;
- master unusual types of vehicles: ATV, Segway, balloon, buggy, tank, sports plane, armored infantry vehicle;
- offer a trip across the ruggedterrain on ATVs with an experienced instructor;
- give a radio, a car vacuum cleaner, a tool kit, a GPS navigator, a heated cape and other necessary things;
- wash and polish the car, dry-clean the interior.
Driver's Day is a mass holiday. He is considered his own by traffic police officers, and drivers of freight and passenger transport, and road service specialists, and just motorists.
