Victory Day is a holiday that is treated with special trepidation by older and middle-aged people in most of the post-Soviet space. Yes, and young people show a fairly high interest and respect for him. In the matter of spiritual and moral education of the younger generations, instilling patriotic feelings, it is important to promote in every possible way the feat of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War and the role of Soviet troops in World War II. But the release of handwritten editions is also a rather complicated and interesting matter. Choosing materials for placementin the "Battle Sheet", schoolchildren study statistical reports, learn a lot about large and small battles, encounter examples of everyday courage, and are imbued with respect for a feat. This helps the children not only realize the greatness of what their grandfathers and great-grandfathers did, but also fills them with a sense of legitimate pride in the past of the Motherland, the desire to protect it. The power of the printed word is great, so the “Combat Leaflet”, if done with soul, will attract the attention of all schoolchildren and will be very useful.

What exactly can you advise young journalists who are "imposing" a number? Almost everyone in the apartment now has computers and other office equipment. Therefore, if the editorial board does not have pictorial talents, you can find on the Internet and print out posters from the times of the war, photographs of its participants, battles, making explanatory captions for them by hand. Be sure to include in your "Battle List" a lyrical "page": lines from poems and songs of those years. They are deeply penetrating, sincere, touching and infect with a special patriotic pathos. If there are guys in the class whose grandfathers and grandmothers-veterans are still alive, you can take short interviews from them and post them in a special section. Or ask adults for permission to use family records. This idea will be especially fruitful if the Combat Leaflet is timed to coincide with May 9th. Schoolchildren will see not poster heroes, but specific people living next to them, whose hands the Victory was won.

Each organizer had his own scenarios, a set of tasks with different levels of difficulty, etc. The participating teams came up with emblems, mottos, secret passwords, identification marks, even their own uniform. During the Zarnitsa game, a “Battle Sheet” was issued with reports on the successes or defeats of the teams, lists of those who distinguished themselves, and descriptions of curious or other cases. The newspaper not only informed about what was happening, but also motivated the participants of the game to new achievements, raised the fighting sports spirit of the guys.
