A crying baby is always a big problem for others. Grandmothers grab pills, dads try to run away. And very often adults begin to swear among themselves, and there is no one to calm the child. But crying for a child is a completely normal state, a reaction to the external world and the internal state, and this is how you need to react to it.

Reasons for baby crying

Why can a baby cry? There are many reasons. But experts distinguish the following as the main ones:

1. The baby wants to eat. This is a completely natural, natural and understandable desire. An empty stomach creates inconvenience even for serious adults. And for a kid who has no idea how to cope with this scourge, hunger is a serious insoluble problem. Children of any age begin to act up and worry if they do not receive food on time. But, of course, elders can just ask. And if the child does not speak, then he can report his problem only with the help of crying. Moreover, physiological problems are the most important for him so far.

2. A small child may cry if he is uncomfortable. This refers to the inconvenience in a purely physical sense. That is, he is dirtydiaper that irritates delicate skin. Or a crying baby feels uncomfortable in clothes: they can rub or "bite".

3. The little man became cold or hot. Usually babies, oddly enough, are not too demanding on temperature. But if the child is hot, he will feel uncomfortable. Also, some children are worried if they feel cool. Any parents need to adapt to the baby, and since he still cannot talk about his addictions, you just need to monitor his behavior and reactions to different situations. It usually comes naturally.

4. A crying baby often just wants to be held. There he is comfortable, comfortable and warm, where he feels protected. This need should not be ignored. After all, it helps the baby to grow up bold and self-confident. Because it's easier to be strong if you have someone to rely on. No need to be afraid to spoil the baby. Very little time will pass, some five or six years, and, quite possibly, you yourself will beg him to climb on the handles.

5. The kid is tired. Most likely, from the abundance of impressions. He already wants to sleep, but it is difficult for him to switch due to the imperfection of the nervous system. Very often, if sleep is interrupted, a crying child cannot calm down for a long time.

6. The baby may not feel well. But the crying of a sick child is special. If you suspect a disease, you need to call a doctor.

7. The baby may also cry just like that, for no particular reason. Babies have crying spells caused by colic. They areusually last about three hours, come three times a week. These seizures are very hard on the parents, but they usually end by three months of age.

How to calm the baby?

If a crying baby can't tell what's wrong, there are several ways to try. First of all, feed him. If the cause of crying was hunger, the baby will calm down and fall asleep. Then change the diaper and change. If something in his clothes interfered with him, then this reason will also be eliminated, and he will calm down. Take on the handles. The child will satisfy his need for communication and protection. Pacifiers or drinking bottles often help, as little babies are soothed by sucking on something.

All babies cry. And the amount and strength of crying depends primarily on the character. All that is required of others is to try to understand the baby and satisfy his need.
