Sending a child to kindergarten, few parents think about the benefits that he can get from being there. It seems to the mother that she is just trying not to leave the baby unattended and provide him with communication with peers. But everything is much more serious.

Each preschool educational institution is working on an approved program of education, upbringing and development of preschool children. It takes into account everything: the mental development of the child, and the physical. There are special scopes of work related to caring for the he alth of children in kindergarten. They include the development of a diet of proper and wholesome nutrition, a number of physical exercises aimed at developing all muscle groups and internal systems of the body. And special attention in this direction is paid to the stay of children in the fresh air. A walk in kindergarten is a systematic and carefully plannedprocess. Includes:

  • observations of animate and inanimate nature;
  • outdoor exercise;
  • high, low and medium mobility games;
  • learning new types of movements (throwing, long and high jumps, speed running, etc.);
  • independent activities of children.

Not a single walk in kindergarten passes without the education and development of the child. Just imagine that your kid, going out into the street, with the help of an experienced adult, learns to “hear” and “see” nature! He hears a sparrow chirping, sees how every day in autumn the foliage changes its color, how a berry ripens in a small impromptu garden bed; understands that the wind can be weak, strong and gusty, learns that snow consists of carved snowflakes, each of which exists in a single copy. Every day, the baby learns something new and memorizes new words-descriptions, enriching his vocabulary right there, on the street. Agree that this is one of the most wonderful ways to learn!

All of us, parents, perfectly remember the words of the famous song that "in every little child …" lies a huge clot of indefatigable energy. And where can he throw it out, if not during a walk in kindergarten! At the sites of a preschool institution, competent specialists provide for this by all means: gymnastic horizontal bars, stairs, slides, sandboxes, paths from “bumps” (dug stumps), swings, etc. At the same time, all these attributesdo not exist on their own, but are purposefully used by educators to organize and conduct sports competitions, physical training and outdoor games.

Besides, not a single walk in kindergarten passes without portable material. These are buckets, molds, balls, jump ropes, ropes, hoops, dolls, crayons, cars. Naturally, all this we alth is presented not in a single copy, but in several pieces, allowing children to unite according to their interests. And we, parents, can significantly diversify and refresh all this inventory by giving our child’s group a ball that has long been lying in the corner or a toy (doll, car) forgotten by the son (daughter).

But that's not all that moms and dads can do to ensure that a walk in kindergarten in a child causes only positive emotions. So, for example, we must be careful about what we dress him in, collecting him in kindergarten. Too warm clothes interfere with movement and lead to overheating of the baby's body. It must be remembered that a heated child comes from a walk to a cool, ventilated locker room, where he can catch a cold. Light clothing is also not an acceptable option. It is best if you provide an additional set of clothes that allows you to “warm up” the baby if necessary or replace too warm clothes with lighter ones. The teacher of your group will always help in choosing the right option - he knows exactly what and how happens to your son or daughter on a walk and after it. Therefore it is worthlisten carefully to his advice.

I really want to remind all parents of a long-known truth: children during a walk have the opportunity to improve their he alth, breathe fresh air, get the physical activity necessary for a growing body and, in the end, just frolic and play. But adults quite often deprive their children of this by saying some wrong phrase. Dear parents, always remember one main rule: your children completely imitate you and copy you. Know that if you show a negative attitude to walking, to the need for a child to stay on the street, then he will not like this bright and fun pastime. So before you say anything negative about walking in kindergarten, think about what you can deprive your child of one careless thought spoken out loud!
