• doesn't ruin the look of the aquarium and needs less cleaning.

External devices, compared to internal ones, are relatively expensive and more likely to leak. If one of the pipes leaks, most likely a flood will occur in the apartment. Therefore, it is better to immediately buy a quality product and give preference to devices made in Germany, Italy or Poland.

Filter material

If the owner of the home underwater world seeks simple water purification from turbidity and suspended mechanical particles, then the usual foam filler, which most inexpensive internal filters are equipped with, is a good option. If an aquarium filter is needed for more thorough cleaning, then a synthetic winterizer, zeolite, activated carbon and a bio-filler as part of the device are the best solution. It is worth noting that there are no ideal materials. Therefore, it is best to combine filter elements. This is exactly what an external filter provides, which successfully provides excellent filtering.

Custom aquariums

Round aquariums bring a unique comfort to the house and miraculously complement any interior. However, such containers have their own characteristics and problems: the walls distort the fish, it is extremely difficult to care for such an aquarium. The optimal filtration system is quite difficult to find, and even a simple wall cleaning procedure is often difficult. Most aquarium hobbyists maintain their round containers by hand and partially change the water several times a day. Some people like to use a bottom or top mounted aquarium filter. Whatever one may say, round fish houses are not recommended to be cluttered with decor and plants.
