You should not turn the morning into a constant race - if the child does everything slowly, it is better to wake him up a little earlier, and not push him at every step, sometimes breaking into a raised tone.

The daily routine of a first grader implies the presence of free time that the child can spend at his own discretion (but not in front of the TV and not at the computer). Therefore, you should not overload his day with a variety of circles and sections. A first grader is just getting used to a new lifestyle, so the number of extracurricular activities should be minimized. It is optimal if they are held no more than 2-3 times a week.

A walk with active games must also be included in the daily routine of a first grader. It is best to organize it on the way home from school, especially if the child still has extra classes that day, or in the afternoon (approximately from 13 to 15 or from 14 to 16 hours). Of course, there should be time for doing the lessons. Even if the first-grader is not given homework, it is necessary to control the quality of assimilation of the material and eliminate all gaps in time. It is best to take up reading and writing after a walk (from 16-16.30 to 17-17.30).

The daily routine of the first grader should be adjusted if the child stays for an after-school. In this case, he will most likely complete all the lessons at school, and he will also take a walk. But it is better to devote the evening to extracurricular activities (several times aweek), free time (playing, drawing, reading), helping parents (cooking dinner together, cleaning the nursery, etc.). The child must go to bed no later than 9 pm.
