  4. RFID tags. This is a special type of sensor. Such devices are used not only for protection, but also in travel transport cards, hotel key cards. You cannot deactivate an RFID tag, you can only change the information in it, which is what the cashiers do after the sale.
  5. Hard gauges. Such devices may have a magnetic or mechanical lock.

Basically, these anti-theft devices have a universal lock, but there are other types that are very rare.

Types of sensors with universal lock:

  1. Standard. To remove such protection, a magnetic force of 4000 gauss is required. Remove using a large neodymium magnet.
  2. Reinforced. Even the most powerful device will not help here. You will need a magnetic puller to remove it. The required force is on average 8000 gauss.
  3. Superblock. Need puller for 9000-11500 gauss.
  4. Hardlock are considered the most powerful and reliable sensors. Currently, only two companies produce such protection: Dural Tag and Check Point. To remove them, a force of 14500 to 18000 is required. Gs. Due to their properties, their price is noticeably higher compared to other firms.

The ability of the device to simultaneously remove one or another number of sensors is determined by the strength of the conducted magnetic energy.
