Already on the next New Year, the guys were in for a surprise. In addition to the post office in the park, there was a tower of Father Frost and his granddaughter, the Snow Maiden. The key to the house was handed over to the owner, and the old wizard came into his own.
In 2006, there were already six objects on the territory, the Terem of Creativity and the Snow Maiden, a skating rink, a sports town and a path of fairy tales were added to the main two buildings.
Today, the estate of Father Frost in Kuzminki is a developed leisure center, which is extremely in demand during the New Year celebrations.

Activity in the fiefdom begins on November 18 of each year. It is this date that is considered the official birthday of the Fairy Magician.
